HD Construction Equipment Launches Online Dealer Training Program “Build-Up Academy”

- Monthly online training with real-time interpretation support to enhance educational effectiveness

HD Construction Equipment is strengthening the technical capabilities of its global dealers by operating the online technical training program “Build-Up Academy.”

Held online once a month, the Build-Up Academy is an educational program that aims to build up basic skills in equipment and component technology gradually.

Training topics consist of core operating principles of construction machinery commonly applied to Hyundai DEVELON products, as well as parts related to consumables and components frequently used in the field. Real-time interpretation is provided for online lectures to enhance the effectiveness and convenience of the training.

The training held on January 20 explained the basic structure and role of oil filters—which account for a large portion of parts sales—and tackled in depth the impact of differences in oil filter quality on equipment performance and durability, emphasizing the importance of using genuine parts.

Senior Manager Lee Byeong-gap (Global PS) said, “This training will enable dealers to explain more logically the importance of using genuine parts when responding to customers, and we expect it to have a positive effect on increasing parts sales and maintaining optimal quality,” and added, “We will continue to expand dealer training content with high field utilization centered around the Global Training Center.”
