HD Construction Equipment Hosts Hyundai Tomorrow Festa 2026 Customer Event

HD Construction Equipment hosted the HYUNDAI Tomorrow Festa 2026 customer event from March 14 to 15 at the Hyundai Uijeongbu Sales Branch in Pocheon, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.
The event aimed to enhance customer engagement and showcase brand competitiveness in the Seoul Metropolitan Area, which is the most competitive region for construction equipment in South Korea. Approximately 200 key customers from Seoul and Gangwon Province attended to view the machinery and participate in various programs.
The exhibition featured a total of five models, including the next-generation HX240 and HX320 excavators, as well as flagship mass-production models such as the HX65AMT+, HW65A+, and HW155A+, along with three types of attachments.
Attendees received comprehensive product briefings and had the opportunity to experience the vehicles' performance, controllability, and convenience through test drives. The next-generation models, in particular, were highly praised for their exceptionally smooth response to lever inputs and stable control during combined operations, including boom, arm, and bucket movements.
The event also included several programs aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. These programs featured special events and consultations, some of which led to formal contract negotiations. The Voice of the Customer (VOC) collected during the event will be reviewed by the relevant departments to guide future product improvements. Additionally, insights from users of next-generation models will be integrated into dealer training programs and used to refine sales collateral.
HD Construction Equipment President Moon Jae-young, who attended the event, stated, “The Seoul Metropolitan Area is a key region where market demands are quickly reflected. We will use the feedback collected here as a foundation for product and service innovation.” He further emphasized, “As rising fuel costs intensify the demand for efficiency, we are committed to delivering innovative productivity and safety solutions through our new lineup of highly efficient models. Our focus remains on building lasting customer trust and driving sustainable growth.”
