HD Construction Equipment Hosts Latin America AM/PS Conference, Setting KRW 1.4 Trillion Revenue Target by 2030

- Aligns vision for the newly integrated HYUNDAI-DEVELON AM/PS division to sharpen market competitiveness
- Outlines mid-to-long-term growth strategies to hit KRW 1.4 trillion in AM/PS sales by 2030

HD Construction Equipment gathered its HYUNDAI and DEVELON dealer networks from across Latin America for an Aftermarket (AM) and Product Support (PS) Conference in Mexico City to align on future growth strategies and collaborative initiatives.

The four-day conference ran from July 7 to 10, drawing around 100 participants, including Vice President Kim Byoung-soo (Head of the AM/PS Division), the company's AM/PS management team, and dealer executives from across the region.

The event kicked off with an introduction to the roles and operational goals of the integrated AM/PS division launched earlier this year. The division’s executives then detailed the mid- to long-term targets and core initiatives designed to drive AM/PS revenue to KRW 1.4 trillion by 2030.

In the aftermarket (AM) sector, discussions centered on identifying opportunities in the Latin American market to generate significant revenue growth through increased parts sales and the development of an aftermarket ecosystem. The company also presented action plans aimed at enhancing competitiveness and profitability by actively promoting strategic product lines, which include genuine lubricants, attachments, and the "Value Mate" economical parts brand.

On the product support (PS) side, the team highlighted service performance achievements driven by its Uptime Centers, improvements in the 48-hour Customer Case Resolution Rate (CCRR), and dealer operational excellence case studies. Additionally, they unveiled a customer care framework powered by digital service technologies and regional Uptime Centers to deliver proactive machine diagnostics and maximize equipment uptime

Additionally, the company discussed ways to enhance equipment reliability through extended warranty programs, while driving adoption of preventive maintenance and genuine parts. Attending dealers further solidified the partnership by sharing the best operational practices and field know-how.

"This conference allowed HD Construction Equipment and our Latin American dealers to lock in our future growth strategies and core initiatives, further strengthening our collaborative foundation," said Vice President Kim Byoung-soo. "To hit our KRW 1.4 trillion AM/PS revenue target by 2030, we will leverage these tight-knit partnerships to maximize customer value and drive mutual growth."

Moving forward, HD Construction Equipment plans to expand equipment lifecycle service agreements to foster long-term customer loyalty and build a highly sustainable business model rooted in recurring service revenue and parts sales.
