HD Hyundai XiteSolution Provides Technical Training to Korea’s Largest Forklift Rental Company
- Training sessions held for 30D 9V and 30D 9VS compact forklifts equipped with eco-friendly engines.

On April 2, HD Hyundai XiteSolution invited 39 service engineering personnel from Korea Logis Pool (KLP)—the nation's largest forklift rental company—to its Eumseong Global Training Center for comprehensive technical training.
The session was designed to enhance KLP’s service quality and firmly establish technical standards in the field, specifically focusing on the 30D 9V and 30D 9VS compact forklift models equipped with eco-friendly engines.
To maximize practical impact, the training focused on team-leader-level engineers responsible for both field service and quality control. Experts from HD Hyundai XiteSolution’s Industrial Vehicle PS Team acted as in-house instructors, providing high-level technical insights and specialized expertise.
The curriculum featured ▲an overview of the 30D 9V and 30D 9VS models; ▲eco-friendly diesel engine structures and operating principles; ▲emission reduction systems; ▲electronic control systems and diagnostics; ▲field troubleshooting case studies, and ▲customer communication strategies. The program aimed to enhance systematic fault diagnosis through root-cause analysis and equip participants with problem-solving and decision-making skills as technical leaders in the field.
"This training provided an opportunity to deepen the understanding of eco-friendly engine forklifts while elevating technical leadership in the field," said Kim Keun-hun, team leader of the Industrial Vehicle PS Team. "In response to the increasing demand for eco-friendly products, we will continue to offer customized technical training tailored to specific models and systems for our major rental partners and clients, continually enhancing our service competitiveness."
