HD Construction Equipment Hosts 2026 DEVELON Latin America Dealer Conference

HD Construction Equipment held the "2026 DEVELON Latin America Dealer Conference" in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, from April 6 to 10.
A total of 48 participants attended the event, including 30 representatives from 17 dealerships spanning 15 Latin American nations. Also in attendance were Senior Manager Kim Do-yoon, Head of Latin America Region, and a team of experts from HQ Sales, Product, and PS departments, as well as representatives from overseas subsidiaries and Hyundai Corporation.
The conference focused on empowering dealers through detailed briefings on: ▲2026 construction equipment market outlook, ▲execution strategies to meet targets, ▲new equipment launches, including the 22-ton economy excavator, mini excavator, and ADTs, ▲strategic roadmaps for India-produced backhoe loaders, ▲ aftermarket expansion via the Value Mate line, and ▲extended service programs to drive PS revenue.
The program included a review of AM and PS performance metrics for each dealership, alongside discussions on strengthening customer support capabilities. Dedicated one-on-one sessions enabled a deeper dive into regional business challenges, helping finalize concrete collaboration plans between headquarters and the dealers.
The event also featured an awards ceremony for seven outstanding dealers, celebrating milestones in total performance and rapid growth. These sessions allowed top achievers to share their success stories and best practices with the group.
