HD Construction Equipment Conducts Product Training for Next-Gen DEVELON Models in North America
- DEVELON ROC hosts next-gen training featuring theory and hands-on practice
- Program enhances technical expertise in MG/MC, joystick customization, and weighing systems
From February 9 to 11, HD Construction Equipment conducted a comprehensive training session for its North American staff at the DEVELON Real Operation Center (ROC) in Tucson, Arizona. The program focused on the next-generation excavator series.
The training session was attended by 15 participants, including regional staff and stationed expatriates from various departments, such as PM, PS, AM, SWAT, and Sales. Specialists from HD Construction Equipment, including teams from GPM1, Control Solutions, and Electronic Platform Development, as well as teams from HD Hyundai XiteSolution, which focus on Smart Excavators and Smart Safety Technology, conducted the training.
The training covered a variety of cutting-edge technologies integrated into the next-generation models. This included ▲2D MG/MC, ▲joystick steering and customization, ▲breaker assist, ▲electronic control hydraulic systems, ▲weighing systems, and ▲advanced safety features such as ALA, E-STOP, and SAVM.
Instructors conducted in-depth sessions using both theory and live demonstrations, highlighting how MG/MC, Assist, and weighing functions boost operational efficiency, while joystick customization optimizes performance for individual operators. They further emphasized safety-critical technologies like ALA, E-STOP, and SAVM, providing the North American team with the technical edge needed to drive regional sales competitiveness.
HD Construction Equipment is set to debut four next-generation models, in the 23-to-40-ton range—the DX230LC-9, DX260LC-9, DX360LC-9, and DX400LC-9—across North America this April. These models will be officially unveiled at CONEXPO 2026 in March, marking the start of an aggressive promotional campaign to strengthen the brand's regional market presence.
