HD Hyundai Construction Equipment Division Hosts Management Plan Briefings to Align Leadership on 2026 Growth Strategy

HD Hyundai’s Construction Equipment Division held the 2026 Management Plan Briefings on January 2 and January 7 to align the division’s leadership, including executives, team leaders, and part leaders.
The briefings provided an important opportunity to evaluate the division’s performance against set 2025 targets and to introduce new objectives following the launch of HD Construction Equipment, reinforcing a unified commitment. President Moon Jae-young, Senior Executive Vice President Song Hee-joon, and approximately 400 key leaders attended the hybrid event, both online and in person.
The sessions covered several key strategic areas:

▲ An outline of mid-to-long-term business objectives;
▲ A strategic forecast of the global construction equipment market;
▲ Key operational tasks and execution strategies for 2026.
Participants reaffirmed their collective commitment to driving cross-functional collaboration, with a sharp focus on operational efficiency and execution to secure the division’s 2026 mandates and long-term vision.
HD Hyundai Vice Chairman Cho Young-cheul attended the event to offer encouragement, stating, “I have full confidence in the capabilities of this division to achieve global top-tier status. I urge every leader to expand their perspective, break down departmental silos, and adopt an integrated approach to meet our ambitious business goals.
President Moon Jae-young emphasized the importance of this year, stating, “2026 marks the inaugural year of HD Construction Equipment. This is the foundation upon which we will work towards our 2030 sales target of 14.8 trillion won, as announced during the merger, with the aim of becoming a global leader in our industry.” He also encouraged our leaders to foster a culture of "execution excellence" and innovative solutions, empowering every team member—regardless of their position—to contribute their ideas as we strive to achieve our strategic goals.
HD Hyundai’s Construction Equipment Division will continue its internal alignment efforts with a Town Hall Meeting for all employees scheduled for January 20.
