HD Hyundai Construction Equipment Division Holds Company-Wide Awards for the Second Half of 2025

- 13 awards presented, including the Construction Equipment Person of the Year, Innovation Award, Challenge Award, and Respect Award.
- The Construction Equipment Person of the Year was awarded for successfully completing the Next-Generation New Model Project.

On December 12, the HD Hyundai Construction Equipment Division held its Company-Wide Awards ceremony for the second half of 2025 at the HD Hyundai Global R&D Center. This event recognized employees and departments that made significant contributions to the company's development in the second half of the year.
 
The awards include the prestigious Construction Equipment Person of the Year Award, which is the highest honor presented each year. Additionally, awards are given in four categories that align with HD Hyundai Group’s core values: ▲ Innovation Award, ▲Challenge Award, ▲Respect Award, and ▲Safety Award.  

The Innovation Award is presented to individuals who have realized significant outcomes, whether tangible or intangible, through their innovative ideas. It also recognizes those whose future contributions are expected to make a meaningful impact. The Challenge Award honors ambitious goals or valuable lessons from meaningful setbacks. The Respect Award recognizes ESG contributions or efforts to foster a culture of respect. Finally, the Safety Award highlights initiatives that strengthen safety values and reduce hazards in products or the workplace.
 
During the ceremony, a total of 13 awards were presented: one Construction Equipment Person of the Year Award, five Innovation Awards, six Challenge Awards, and one Respect Award. The top honor, the Construction Equipment Person of the Year, was awarded for the completion of the Next-Generation New Model Project.
